Our Mediation Center for message exchange and monitoring (FMS) was established in 2001, and handles the message exchange for energy companies. FMS is currently established with the Norwegian and Swedish customers. The service is currently built on two principles; message handling (conversion, copying, splitting, etc.) and monitoring.

The Mediation Center for message exchange and monitoring supports all message types that are integral to the energy companies. This applies not only EDIEL messages, but also other mission-critical messages in the energy companies, like financial, banking, and distribution messages.

We ensure the correct conversion in accordance to industry and type of message. Moreover, we ensure that all messages are followed up, and signed out by the sender or receiver at any time. The messages that is followed-up, is set up by how mission-critical they are. The follow-up of the messages varies therefore with the response "immediately" and up to 24 hours.
