Training
Training is carried out at the customers location with the individual solution for this customer. The training can involve eInvoice, EDIEL, EDIFACT, XML and the software itself, depending on what the customer wants. The training is divided into user training and technical training, and duration of sessions varies according to what solution the customer possesses.

Besides this, we carry out training courses for energy companies to establish themselves in other countries and other business areas.

Client Computing offers various approvals by the energy companies to operational agencies, both nationally and internationally. For example:

AGT Recognition Test
To be approved at the System Center for Ediel (SSE) as a supplier in the electricity market, the supplier needs to be approved on message exchange.

SGT-System Validation Test
Companies who have proprietary applications must also carry out the SGT.

TSO Approval (Transfer System Operator)

In order to be established in another market in the Nordic countries or Europe, you have to be approved as a provider of the individual system operator (TSO) in each country. These tests are extended and must be implemented.
